Why Do I Need 3 Balls?

This product package contains 3 important hockey stickhandling balls. There's a reason for the 3 different balls - each one is a different weight.

• You start with the MuscleBall. The heavy weight of our MuscleBall is designed to force players to have to work on properstickhandling patterns very slowly. This allows the player to transition easily to a real puck on the ice.
• Then you move to the SkillzBall. The SkillzBall is approximately the same weight as a puck. This stickhandling ball is ideal for working on correct stickhandling form and technique.
• Finally, the player practices with the SpeedBall. The SpeedBall works on hand and stick blade quickness which is something that can only be developed by using something lighter than a puck. If you don't have something lighter you won't be able to fully develop those quick reflexes!
