Return Policy

At Sweet Hockey, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have NO RESTOCKING FEE Policy. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products.

All returns, and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in "as new" and re-saleable condition for a full refund minus all shipping. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)we'll refund everything and also pay the return shipping costs.

Give us a call and we can email you a return UPS label or talk to you about how to return the product. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We will call or email you to give you an accurate quote on International shipping charges (outside North America), giving you choices thru USPS, oceanliner and airport pick-up. We also ship worldwide through Bongo, which uses DHL Express. If you are interested in Bongo or shipping DHL Express, see below for more information. We have many international shippers to give us the best pricing for overseas orders. We will only charge you what it costs us to ship and nothing more. We are sorry that our system will not give you an accurate shipping amount. We try to ship within 3 days and you should recieve your product within 7 to 10 days, depending on which method you choose.  During the transit time we will do our best to keep you up to date on where the package is at all times.  There may or may not be duty charged at customs.

We reserve the right to change shipping pricing for orders to Alaska and Hawaii and large quantity items either in USA or Canada...due to the difficulty in predicting shipping price.  If you do order a large quantity of an item we will call and or email you.  We may find that utilizing a freight company will be a better savings option.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
