There's a reason for the 3 different balls - each with a different weight.
You start with the MuscleBall to develop proper stickhandling patterns and a proper wrist roll. The heavy weight makes the player mover slowly, thus enforcing the proper technique. Hockey specific muscles are also developed with the this ball.
Then you move to the SkillzBall to refine those paterns and further develop the techniques.
Finally, the SpeedBall is where the player can really master their moves and work on their quickness and this is where they develop those lighning quick hands.
