Stickhandling is one of the hockey skills that many minor hockey players fail to learn to do properly. Coaches often do not even know that there is a technique behind stickhandling or how to teach it. Why does SweetHands really work?

Our revolutionary hockey training product, and best-seller, Super Sweethands, takes the guess-work out of how to get young hockey players to execute proper stickhandling techniques.

It works by forcing the player to lift his or her stick over each bar. This creates a delay for the player to recover the ball or puck on the other side of the bar, forcing them to have to quickly roll their top hand as they cup the ball or puck. This happens each time they move from side-to-side, enforcing the technique using REPETITION as the foundation to developing one of the most often neglected hockey skills... stickhandling.
