Mini SweetHands

SweetHands is a stickhandling training aid. It is a unit that can be used as a 8 ft section or divided into two 4 ft sections. There is an extra base piece with each unit to make the two 4 foot sections.
Very economical to be able to use the trainer wtih a multiple training drills and skills.
This stickhandling trainer will enhance your hockey skills enabling players to achieve better puck control and feel.
Using SweetHands will:

Increase your stickhandling speed and timing.
Improve eye and stick coordination.

Can be used on or off ice, in the basement, on the driveway, in the garage!
The Mini SweetHands which is included in this package is a smaller version of a Regular SweetHands and can be use in either a 4 foot section or 4 one foot sections.

The SkillzBall is approximately the same weight as a puck.
It is desinged for working on correct stickhandling form and technique.
Stickhandling is one of those basic hockey skills that requires thousands of repetitions to perfect. It is the training concept that repetition builds "muscle memory".This means that once your muscles remember how to do something then they are able to react instinctively.

Skillz Puck

The SkillzPuck is a dryland training puck.
It is designed for multiple repetitions to develop proper hand position, technique, and muscle memory.
With a weight of 6.8oz (0.42 lbs.) and a diameter of 3".
This puck has very little resistance, simulating a traditional puck’s drag across the ice, even though they are OFF-ICE stickhandling puck.
