Dustin McCrackens Secret Chili Recipe

2 Pounds cooked Hamburger.

2 - 29oz. cans of Tomato Sauce.

12oz. can of Tomato Paste.

1 Can Tomato Soup.

1 - 12oz. can of Chili Beans (spicy).

1- 12oz. can of Poke & Molasses Beans.

2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes with Herbs & Spices.

1 Cup V8 or Clamato Juice.

2 ½ Cups of Peaches & Cream Sweet Corn.

1 Dried Red Pepper.

1 Diced Yellow Pepper.

1 Diced Sweet Onion.

{SAUTE}

2 Cups of Sliced Mushrooms

½ Cup of Honey.

3 Tbsp. French Dressing.

½ Tbsp. Salt.

½ Tbsp. Pepper.

1 ½ Tbsp. Hot Sauce.

2 Tbsp. 57 Sauce.

3 Tbsp. Ketchup.

3 Tbsp. Syrup.

¼ Cup of Grape Juice.

1 ½ Tbsp. Worchester Sauce.

1 Tsp. Onion Powder

1 Tsp. Celery Salt.

1 Tsp. Thyme Leaves.

1 Tsp. Rosemary.

1 Tsp. Basil Leaves.

1 Tsp. Lawry’s Seasoning Salt.

1 Tsp. Red Pepper.

1 Tsp. Chili Pepper.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Cook hambuger; you can sauté onions if you prefer.

2. Combine all ingredients and simmer for 2 hours on low heat. Stir regularly.

3. Let it cool or put it in the fridge over night. Reheat on low and use more chili powder, red pepper, basil, and honey to make it more spicy and/ or sweet.

4. Eat 1-2 bowls, 2 to 3 hours before game time. Good “gas” by then & GOOD LUCK!
